About

Claudio Pozas is a Brazilian fantasy artist, writer, and game designer. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Claudio has been working as a freelance fantasy illustrator since 2001. His first claim to fame were the award-winning Counter Collections series from Fiery Dragon Productions.

With a career spanning over 20 years, he has worked on popular properties like Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, and The Witcher. Since 2011, he has been contributing art to Dungeons & Dragons official products, and his art can be seen in several D&D 5th Edition books, which still seems surreal after playing the game for over 30 years.

In addition to artwork, Claudio has written or co-written dozens of gaming articles. His writing credits also include the 4th Edition Dungeons & Dragons sourcebooks Heroes of Shadow and Heroes of the Feywild.
